Use of the platform

Arqenix provides restaurant operations software. The restaurant remains responsible for menu prices, GST/VAT/excise configuration, licences, staff access, payment settlement, statutory invoices and local legal compliance.

Account security

Each user must use an individual company-issued login. The restaurant must promptly disable departed staff, protect devices and sign out shared terminals. Arqenix may suspend access where misuse or a security risk is detected.

Service limits

The platform is provided as operational software and is not legal, tax, payment-acquirer or excise advice. Before live service, the restaurant must complete its own printer, payment, tax, data backup and staff-workflow checks.
