Arqenix RMS Privacy Notice

Last updated: 11 September 2026

What Arqenix processes

The service processes restaurant operational records: menu, inventory, orders, receipts, staff accounts, device status, and customer contact data entered by the restaurant. This information is needed to run the outlet, provide reports, recover service, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Arqenix does not claim that it holds no restaurant data.

Restaurant control

The restaurant remains responsible for deciding which customer data it collects, using it for a lawful purpose, and responding to its customers. Arqenix restricts platform access to authorised roles and records sensitive operational actions for review.

Security, retention and requests

Cloud operational state is encrypted at rest and passwords are stored as one-way secure hashes, not readable passwords. Encryption does not make data anonymous: authorised service systems can process it to provide the RMS. Keep customer contact data only for a defined operational purpose, establish a retention schedule with your accountant and legal adviser, and do not delete invoices or tax records where retention is required. Lawful government or customer requests are handled through a documented, authorised process; Arqenix will not conceal or misrepresent data.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the restaurant first. Contract customers may contact Arqenix through their support agreement.
